Join us for a series of talks with some of the artists featured in FUTUREPROOF 2022, both online and in person.
The talks kick off on Thursday 12th January at 6.30pm with a Facebook Livestreamwhere we will be joined by six artists tuning in from various geographical locations far and wide. We will be joined by Susan Whittingham, who will be joining us from Orkney, Keira Jem Thomson from Shetland, Shannon Best from Cambridgeshire, Aiste Banelyte from Paris, Denise Delaunay-Wood based in Aberdeen but joining us from Florida, USA, and Natalie Dawson from Glasgow, will tune in from London.
These will be followed by an artist-led walk and talk tour of the exhibition at 2pm on Saturday 14th January in the gallery, where we will be joined by Spencer Dent, Theodore Wilkins-Lang, Danielle Haynes and Abby Pryce as they offer insights into the ideas and processes behind their work.
This year FUTUREPROOF takes place simultaneously across Street Level Photoworks and Stills (Edinburgh) - Scotland’s two dedicated photography galleries. For information on artist talks taking place at Stills click here
