We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming programme of artist talks, to accompany the current Depth of Field exhibition.
This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into the work of a diverse group of photographers who were part of the Glasgow Photography Group (GPG) between 1987 and 1989. Much of the work in the exhibition is being displayed for the first time or has resurfaced after a lengthy hiatus. With the artists having since pursued different paths, the talks offer a valuable chance to explore the photographic context in which the work was originally created—and how it resonates over 30 years later.
