Hauntingly striking works by a group of young people who took a leap of faith back in April this year.

Six young people from North Glasgow supported by Youth Worker, Chrissie Miles and collaborative artist Lindsay Perth, grasped the unique opportunity to explore life in a completely different way and to interpret what they saw using photography within contemporary art.

A series of intensive workshops researching the meaning in imagery, interpretations of other artists' work along with collaborative discussions developed awareness and skills to explore and interpret their own thoughts and feelings, their perception of themselves, others and the world around them.

Their personal narratives were translated photographically for the final photo shoot on location around North Glasgow. Many thanks for the technical support and consultation from Pete Dibdin (of Peter Dibdin Photography) for the final shoot.
