Live Forever
In March 2010, year-S6 pupils from St Ninian's High School spent two days working with Rachel Thibbotumunuwe, co-ordinator for SNAP to create photographic responses to tapestries within the Burrell Collection.

Inspired by a range of talks, tours, photography, costumes, related artefacts and the tapestries themselves, the group created a series of wonderful imaginative images. They worked to the self-selected theme of 'Live Forever' – a title that relates to both historical ideas about the transmission of stories, personalities and art and also to pop music and lyrics.

This short film is about Live Forever and features the pupils from St Ninian's High School.

An exhibition of the final works will be available at The Burrell Collection.
Exhibition runs: Saturday 17th July – Sunday 5th September 2010, 10am–5pm daily, except Fridays and Sundays 11am–5pm

The project was initiated by The Burrell Collection and supported by SNAP – East Renfrewshire Council and St Ninian's High School.
